Lasting Wishes then takes your Loved One to the vista and depending on what you have chosen, we can spread their ashes into the wind, or combine them with the terrain by raking or burying.

The Journey of a Lasting Memory

• The Personal Collection: The process begins      when we come to you to compassionately collect your loved one's ashes. At      this time, you will also entrust us with a summary of their life story,      written on a special weatherproof paper.
• Eternal Encapsulation: The ashes and the      written story are then placed in separate, durable, and weather-resistant      vessels. This ensures that both the physical remains and the personal      history are preserved for their long journey.
• Entrusted to the Wilderness: We transport      your loved one to an extremely remote and meaningful location. Depending      on your choice, this final journey may involve a scenic hike, a      breathtaking helicopter flight, or a boat trip to a secluded shore.
• The Promise of Discovery: We then carefully      and discreetly conceal the vessels within the landscape. The key is to      create a resting place that is private and undisturbed, yet discoverable      to a keen eye. This could be by tucking the vessels into a natural nook on      a cliff wall, placing them within a handmade stone cairn, or burying them      and marking the site with a subtle sign. The purpose is not for them to be      lost forever, but rather to be found and appreciated by someone exploring      the distant future.
